Dear School Stakeholders;

Another successful year has come and gone. This year our school has expanded our educational program to K-12. Although our school was affected this year with the challenges and difficulties of another budget cut, The Guidance Charter School is improving and getting better and stronger every day. We continue to thrive and development in order to provide excellent, high quality education to all students from K-12th grade. We do this while maintaining a safe, clean, drug-free, tobacco-free, gang-free, weapon-free, and bully-free environment.

The GCS school board strives to adopt sound policies to ensure improved academic performance, enhance public safety, and keep the school financially solvent. Our school wide discipline and anti-bullying policies help to ensure our students are protected. Good citizenship will be recognized and rewarded, while misconduct will not be tolerated or go unpunished.

I would like to thank all of our board members, advisory board members, public officials, teachers and staff, students, parents, volunteers, sponsors, and media for their continuous support this year. We believe having an excellent quality in education does not come by chance or accident, it comes from the hard work of our principal, teachers, staff and students, who pledge to keep The Guidance Charter School strong and well.

Thank You and God Bless,
Kamal Al-Khatib
Founder and Executive Director
